ANSWER:Games on Wheels or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Fantastic Mobile Video Games reserves the right to charge the client%u2019s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage the client and/or their guests. Fantastic Mobile Video Games or their staff will not assume responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client%u2019s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
ANSWER:Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
ANSWER:Fantastic Mobile Video Games does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.
ANSWER: The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-20 minutes ahead of time.
ANSWER: If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the time of their lives! See our game inventory and ratings for each game here.
ANSWER: Video Game Theater %u2013 The Fantastic Mobile Video Games Van was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather, (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance, (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please notify us to begin the rescheduling process. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. ANSWER: We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time %u2014 that way they eat first & they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!
ANSWER:Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
ANSWER:A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your party. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled within 15 days after payment is received. There will be a $75 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled within 10 days after payment is received. NO REFUND in the event of 1 or 2 hour party reservation being canceled within 5 days of your event. NO REFUND in the event of 3 hour Event reservation being canceled within 10 days of your event. Fantastic Mobile Video Games will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary..
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay on line. Pay your deposit or pay the entire amount. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.
ANSWER: Certainly not! Bring them on! We%u2019ll keep them all having fun!
ANSWER: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 35 feet of space to park.

: Although you are welcomed to, Fantastic Mobile Video Games on Wheels does not require a parent to be present. We will provide a knowledgeable Game Coach who will assist your child/children in making sure that their party is the party of the year
